Aaron Flores, PhD, serves as Hanger’s Vice President of Strategy and Product Development. Dr. Flores has led several organizations in his 14-year tenure at Hanger, including Innovative Neurotronics, SureFit, and the Hanger Fabrication Network. Prior to joining Hanger, Dr. Flores worked several years at divisions of Johnson and Johnson, leading product development, strategy, and mergers and acquisitions.  

Dr. Flores holds BS, MS, and PhD degrees in Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as well as an MBA from Harvard Business School. He has published research in several different fields, including O&P, and holds numerous US and international patents.
